Charlech Limited was initially operating under the name CHARLECH SUPPLIES, registered in 1990. With growth and expansion, it later metamorphosed into Charlech Limited, registered with the Nigerian Corporate Affairs Commission, Abuja in 1996.

The Company’s main operational office in Warri, has been inspected and accredited by Government Regulatory Agency and private organizations. Charlech Limited was inspected and accredited by Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC) in 1994. Nigerian Ministry of Petroleum Resources also accredited Charlech Limited to operate as oil Service Company.
